Bright and Modern Apartment with free secure underground parking. Set in a modern apartment complex only 30 minutes on foot from the city centre. The apartment has recently been furnished so all equipment is brand new. January 2024 - new carpets have been installed throughout. The apartment is made up of 4 rooms in total. It is on the 2nd floor. There is a lift or a total of 36 steps. The largest is the open-plan lounge, lounge & Kitchen. The lounge area has 2 comfy sofas and a large smart TV. |The Kitchen has all the facilities you will need to cook a meal, do laundry etc. Both bedrooms are well sized with King beds, and a fitted wardrobe and one of the bedrooms has an ensuite bathroom with full-sized bath. There is also a master bathroom off the hallway with a walk-in shower, WC and washbasin
Guests will have access to the entire property. Please note check-in runs from 4 pm to 10 pm. Check out is at 10 am. A bag drop may be available, however this entirely depends on the cleaning team and if we have guests checking out before you. Do feel free to reach out should you be arriving early in the city and we will do our best to accommodate.

Evergreen Property will not be held liable for any parking charges incurred. WORK HOURS -communicationEvergreen Property has staff managing the Airbnb App from 8 am to 10 pm 7 days a week. Please do not expect an answer outside of these hours. After 5pm, we would ask all guests to message initially via the App, not phone or text as the app is monitored by evening staff and the phone number is for emergencies only. Please also note before booking, that Check in runs from 4 pm to 10 pm. We generally do not allow check ins after 10pm so if you think you may arrive after 10pm, please message us before booking. TOILETRIES Whilst we endeavour to have hand soap, shampoo etc at each property, this is not always possible due to logistics. And, if you have a favourite brand of toiletry we would urge you to bring your own. Many properties have refillable (not recyclable) toiletry containers - if they are empty, please alert us to this but DO NOT recycle. TAP WATEREdinburgh tap water is safe to drink. There is no need to buy bottled if you do not wish to. LICENSINGThis property has been granted a Secondary Letting Licence and is allowed to operate and accept guests. TRAVEL INSURANCELastly, we advise you to take out appropriate travel insurance against the need to cancel your trip etc.DUVETS/BLANKETSPlease note that we only supply one duvet per bed. If you require an extra duvet you may request one in advance, however there may be an extra charge and this is also subject to availability.FORGOTTEN ITEMSIf you require any forgotten items to be returned there will be a £25 administration fee plus the cost of postage.
