At the end of a quiet no-through road, this beautifully refurbished tastefully decorated property with private garden will be your home from home. In close proximity are Newhaven harbour, the Royal Yacht Britannica and the Shore area of Leith. Royal Botanic Gardens are less than a 30 minute walk. The property offers fantastic access to all of the City Centre attractions whilst also being a haven of peace and tranquility. The two double bedrooms are complemented by a comfortable sitting room with new sofa March 2023, dining area and fully equipped kitchen. In the sitting area there is now a Smart TV with Freeview and you can login to your own favourite streaming services. The flat is on the 2nd floor with 38 steps leading to it. The bathroom, with shower over bath has been fully renovated in April 2023. The apartment is located in a block just off the main Grassmarket area. It is close but it is quieter when you come home. Local residents like this proximity to central Edinburgh whilst clinging on to the genteel quietness of apartments off the road. Anti-social behaviour will not be tolerated and residents are quick to alert us to guests who are breaking our house rules - which is great and it has helped preserved the tranquil feeling!
Guests will have access to the entire property. Please note check-in runs from 4 pm to 10 pm. Entry after this time will not be entertained. Check out is at 10 am. Please also note before booking, that Check in runs from 4 pm to 10 pm. We generally do not allow check ins after 10pm so if you think you may arrive after 10pm, please message us before booking. TOILETRIES AND LOO ROLLEach toilet will be provided with 2 loo rolls - regardless of length of stay and after that, guests are expected to buy their own.Whilst we endeavour to have hand soap, shampoo etc at each property, this is not always possible due to logistics. And, if you have a favourite brand of toiletry we would urge you to bring your own. Many properties have refillable (not recyclable) toiletry containers - if they are empty, please alert us to this but DO NOT recycle. TAP WATEREdinburgh tap water is safe to drink.
