Brilliantly situated in the hub of the city and only a 5 minute walk to Waverley station, the flat is the perfect spot to explore the sights and sounds of Edinburgh. This central location makes it incredibly easy for all guests to get around town and explore the best spots in the city! can proudly boast Edinburgh Castle as one of our close neighbours. There are plenty of restaurants, cafes and bars in the area. Some of our favourites are The Outsider, Elephant House and BrewDog. The city's best attractions are all easily accessible, including Edinburgh Castle, Scottish National Gallery, the Museum of Childhood, the Scott Monument, Surgeon's Hall Museums and many more. Very few properties can boast a castle on their doorstep but, within 100 metres, you will find yourself at the world famous esplanade of Edinburgh Castle. Although parking is expensive this close to the castle, options get better if you chose a long stay option at one of the NCP Car Parks at Castle Terrace, Grindlay Street or Riego Street. Other long stay options, include the Sheraton car park.

In the heart of Edinburgh's Old Town, our classy 1 bedroom home is the ideal spot for any traveller looking to experience this historic city! Perfect for guests travelling for the Edinburgh festival, you will only need to take a step outside the front door and you will be met with a hub of entertainment. - The apartment is situated on the second floor. There are 44 steps to the flat. - It is elegantly furnished and prepared to the highest standards. - The lounge is classic and stylish with a plasma TV and a comfortable sofa. - The modern open-space kitchen includes all cooking utensils, a microwave, fridge, stove, and coffee machine; pots and pans are supplied as well. - The bedroom is bright and airy with clothes rack, the bed is set with fresh hotel-quality linen. - The flat has good air-flow in summer and is nice and warm during winter, thanks to an efficient heating system. - In the bathroom, you will find fluffy towels and toiletries. - Due to the age of the pipework (and shower drain) some guests may find the shower slow draining. The drain cover seems to also restrict the flow and flow can be increased by lifting this but, please be aware the sides are sharp and we cannot be held responsible for any cuts. Guests will have access to the entire property. Please note check-in runs from 4 pm to 10 pm. Entry after this time will not be entertained. Check out is at 10 am. You can check JustPark . com if interested. They tend to be cheaper than the large commercial parking sites but may not be as secure.- RingGo => For up to date pricing, please refer to the RingGo app. It will show the nearest available on-street pay and display parking with space availability and pricing. If you register a credit card to the app, there will be no need to search for spare change and you can easily add on time remotely.WORK HOURS -communicationEvergreen Property has staff managing the Airbnb App from 8 am to 10 pm 7 days a week. Please do not expect an answer outside of these hours. After 5pm, we would ask all guests to message initially via the App, not phone or text as the app is monitored by evening staff and the phone number is for emergencies only. Please also note before booking, that Check in runs from 4 pm to 10 pm. We generally do not allow check ins after 10pm so if you think you may arrive after 10pm, please message us before booking. TOILETRIES AND LOO ROLLEach toilet will be provided with 2 loo rolls - regardless of length of stay and after that, guests are expected to buy their own.Whilst we endeavour to have hand soap, shampoo etc at each property, this is not always possible due to logistics. And, if you have a favourite brand of toiletry we would urge you to bring your own. Many properties have refillable (not recyclable) toiletry containers - if they are empty, please alert us to this but DO NOT recycle. TAP WATEREdinburgh tap water is safe to drink. There is no need to buy bottled if you do not wish to. TRAVEL ADAPTORSPlease bring your own adaptors.
