Free in the evenings after 5:30pm. Free on Saturday and Sunday.- Pay and display Heriot Row 2 min walk - Mon~Sat 8:30am~6:30pm, Sun 12:30~6:30pm, max stay 4 hours.- Pay and display Queen Street Gardens West 2 min walk - Mon~Sat 8:30am~6:30pm, Sun 12:30~6:30pm, max stay 4 hours.- Pay and display Queen Street Gardens East 3 min walk - Mon~Sat 8:30am~6:30pm, Sun 12:30~6:30pm, max stay 4 hours.- Pay and display Northumberland Street, 10 min walk - Mon~Fri 8:30am~5:30pm, max stay 4 hours.- If you only need to park your car overnight, St James Quarter offer overnight parking for £5 (17:30~8:30), 10 min walk. If you register a credit card to the app, there will be no need to search for spare change, and you can easily add time remotely.WORK HOURS -communicationEvergreen Property has staff managing the Airbnb App from 8 am to 10 pm, 7 days a week. Please do not expect an answer outside of these hours. After 5pm, we would ask all guests to message initially via the App, not phone or text, as the app is monitored by evening staff and the phone number is for emergencies only. Please also note that check-in runs from 4 pm to 10 pm. We generally do not allow check-ins after 10pm, so if you think you may arrive after 10pm, please message us before booking. TAP WATEREdinburgh tap water is safe to drink. There is no need to buy bottled water if you do not wish to. LICENSINGThis property currently holds a Secondary Let Licence, and we are allowed to operate and accept guests.
