Neighbouring Broughton and Stockbridge offer a fantastic range of eateries and independent shops, restaurants, bars and much more.

This beautiful, spacious property with new John Lewis sofas March 2025, is the perfect base for your stay in Edinburgh. Benefiting from stunning tall-ceiling rooms and authentic period features including a cast iron bath to relax after a full day of sightseeing. The Bellevue area with its quirky cafes and bars is at your disposal, however the kitchen is fully equipped should you prefer to dine
Space
Once inside the building, guests will have to climb the stairs to the 2nd floor. This property is made up of a lounge with sofas, a dining table and a TV; a fully-fitted kitchen with modern appliances, a master bedroom with a king-size bed, storage and ensuite; a further bedroom with 2 single beds and a three-piece family bathroom.
Access
Guests will have access to the entire property. Please note check-in runs from 4 pm to 10 pm. Entry after this time will not be entertained. Check-out is at 10 am. If arriving before 4 pm, please ask about our discount code for Stasher .com. Alternatively, you can store bags at Waverley or the bus station. We are unable to allow bag drops at the moment. Sorry. While we try to remain flexible when less busy, please be prepared to abide by these times for your stay.

PARKING- There is limited on-street metered parking available on the surrounding streets. - Pay and display McDonald Road, 6 min walk - Mon~Fri 8:30am~5:30, Max stay 4 hours.- Pay and display Beaverhall Road, 5 min walk - Mon~Fri 8:30am~5:30, Max stay 4 hours. Please check local signage to ensure you are not in a permit holder space.- Airport Park & Ride => If you don't intend to use your car at all, it may be better to leave your car at the airport Park & Ride and take a tram/bus into the centre and walk 10~15 minutes to the flat.- JustPark private driveways => Some Edinburgh residents do rent their driveways when not in use. You can check JustPark . com if interested. They tend to be cheaper than the large commercial parking sites but may not be as secure.- RingGo => For up to date pricing, please refer to the RingGo app. It will show the nearest available on-street pay and display parking with space availability and pricing. If you register a credit card to the app, there will be no need to search for spare change and you can easily add on time remotely.WORK HOURS -communicationEvergreen Property has staff managing the Airbnb App from 8 am to 10 pm 7 days a week. Please do not expect an answer outside of these hours. After 5pm, we would ask all guests to message initially via the App, not phone or text as the app is monitored by evening staff and the phone number is for emergencies only. Please also note before booking, that Check in runs from 4 pm to 10 pm. We generally do not allow check ins after 10pm so if you think you may arrive after 10pm, please message us before booking. TOILETRIES AND LOO ROLLEach toilet will be provided with 2 loo rolls - regardless of length of stay and after that, guests are expected to buy their own.Whilst we endeavour to have hand soap, shampoo etc at each property, this is not always possible due to logistics. And, if you have a favourite brand of toiletry we would urge you to bring your own. Many properties have refillable (not recyclable) toiletry containers - if they are empty, please alert us to this but DO NOT recycle. TAP WATEREdinburgh tap water is safe to drink. There is no need to buy bottled if you do not wish to.
