Evergreen Property will not be held liable for any parking charges incurred. WORK HOURS -communicationEvergreen Property has staff managing the Airbnb App from 8 am to 10 pm 7 days a week. Please do not expect an answer outside of these hours. After 5pm, we would ask all guests to message initially via the App, not phone or text as the app is monitored by evening staff and the phone number is for emergencies only. Please also note before booking, that Check in runs from 4 pm to 10 pm. We generally do not allow check ins after 10pm so if you think you may arrive after 10pm, please message us before booking. TOILETRIESWhilst we endeavour to have hand soap, shampoo etc at each property, this is not always possible due to logistics. And, if you have a favourite brand of toiletry we would urge you to bring your own. Many properties have refillable (not recyclable) toiletry containers - if they are empty, please alert us to this but DO NOT recycle. TAP WATEREdinburgh tap water is safe to drink. There is no need to buy bottled if you do not wish to. LICENSINGThis property has been granted a Temporary Letting Licence and is allowed to operate and accept guests. TRAVEL INSURANCELastly, we advise you to take out appropriate travel insurance against the need to cancel your trip etc.DUVETS/BLANKETSPlease note that we only supply one duvet per bed.
