Our property is ideally situated right on the tram line offering hassle-free access to Murrayfield Stadium. Whether you're attending a rugby match, concert, or event, you can hop on the tram at McDonald Road stop and arrive at Murrayfield in just 40 minutes. Say goodbye to parking headaches and enjoy the convenience of a smooth and direct journey to the heart of the action.


Space

This stylishly appointment and light modern apartment benefits from 2 double bedrooms. With a fully-equipped kitchen, guests will be able to cook as if they were at home and dine comfortably using the dining table and chairs. The open plan living and kitchen area, is filled with light due to the full height windows which offer guests far-reaching views of Edinburgh's iconic skyline. There is a 3rd smaller bedroom, with a small sofabed and this MAY be available upon request. We do not keep linen for it and is generally deemed out of use.


Access

Guests can enjoy full, unrestricted and private access to the whole property including the parking space for the duration of their stay.

EDINBURGH'S LOW EMISSION ZONEEdinburgh's LEZ comes into effect on June 1st, 2024.If you intend to come by car please check out the restrictions imposed by Edinburgh City Council otherwise you may face a fine. More info is available at Edinburgh government's website. Please search for low emission zone.Parking charges are applicable 7 days a week within Zones 1 to 4. Please check the rules and pricing before you park. Other areas of the city may offer free on-street parking, however, please do check signs on the street. Evergreen Property will not be held liable for any parking charges incurred. WORK HOURS -communicationEvergreen Property has staff managing the Airbnb App from 8 am to 10 pm 7 days a week. Please do not expect an answer outside of these hours. After 5pm, we would ask all guests to message initially via the App, not phone or text as the app is monitored by evening staff and the phone number is for emergencies only. Please also note before booking, that Check in runs from 4 pm to 10 pm. We generally do not allow check ins after 10pm so if you think you may arrive after 10pm, please message us before booking. TOILETRIES AND LOO ROLLEach toilet will be provided with 2 loo rolls - regardless of length of stay and after that, guests are expected to buy their own.Whilst we endeavour to have hand soap, shampoo etc at each property, this is not always possible due to logistics. And, if you have a favourite brand of toiletry we would urge you to bring your own. Many properties have refillable (not recyclable) toiletry containers - if they are empty, please alert us to this but DO NOT recycle. TAP WATEREdinburgh tap water is safe to drink. There is no need to buy bottled if you do not wish to. LICENSINGThis property has been granted a Secondary Letting Licence and is allowed to operate and accept guests. TRAVEL INSURANCELastly, we advise you to take out appropriate travel insurance against the need to cancel your trip etc.DUVETS/BLANKETSPlease note that we only supply one duvet per bed.
